Rod Hamilton sold the second difficult house for me. Seven years apart but old Victorians in a niche market.. and both sold. Rod was the second agent in both situations. We are very satified with his performance.

We have worked with Rod before, and his service now was just as excellent as it was last time. Even when he was out of town, he was available with questions we had. I would highly recommend Rod as he not only has a passion for real estate, but cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make sure the house fits the person.
